Tofu and Lulu are Ruby and Denny’s adorable rescues! Ruby wanted to document some moments with just her and doggos (a girl’s day!), and she even created some flower collars for them (Ruby is a florist). They looked pretty fabulous with them, even if their facial expressions said otherwise 😂

Here is a brief description of Tofu and Lulu by Ruby:

We got Lulu 4 years ago, she was a 7-month-old pup. We weren't looking for a dog, much less a small chihuahua. She was basically the opposite of what we wanted. I've had dogs my whole life, but Lulu is the sweetest most loyal dog I've ever had, she is perfect in every way. Since Lulu spent most of her days by herself, we decided to get Lulu a sister! Meet Tofu, who was born on the streets. We adopted her when she was 8 weeks old. Again, we didn't want a small dog, and definitely not another Chihuahua, but as most dog owners know, they choose us. Tofu is the opposite of Lulu. She never listens when you call her, she is so extremely spunky and only cares about playing with her toys. She is excessively friendly and loves just about anyone she meets, especially other dogs. Most importantly Lulu adores Tofu! They are the best decision we ever made, even though they were both accidental.

Lulu and Tofu are the muses of Lulu's House of Flowers LLC, an online flower shop that donates profits to homeless dogs in Mexico.

We let the dogs be themselves throughout the whole session, and we spoiled them with treats for some of the more traditional poses. Sometimes you gotta let dogs just do their their own thing, and that’s when some of the best moments to photograph present themselves. We saved some time towards the end of the session for Ruby, which was her time to shine!! Always important to take photos of the human too ☺️
