San Francisco City Hall Civil Ceremony & Bay View Boat Club Reception
San Francisco City Hall offers a wonderful opportunity to craft a truly unique and personalized wedding experience for couples.
Carla and Jack decided to plan for a wedding weekend! Beginning with their ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, surrounded by their beloved family members, Carla and Jack arrived in a stylish classic convertible that added just an extra touch of flair.
Following a heartfelt ceremony, we ventured up to the 4th Floor for family portraits, followed by couples portraits. However, due to an unforeseen public event at City Hall on their ceremony day, we had to be quick in capturing these cherished moments (a pro-tip for all couples interested in getting married at SF City Hall: always double-check for any conflicting events on your chosen ceremony date!).
The following day, Carla and Jack hosted their wedding reception at the Bay View Boat Club. This picturesque setting provided an unforgettable backdrop for their celebration, cp,[;completed with personalized touches. As their guests mingled with everyone, they were treated to music performed by a live band, delicious food and drinks, and the serene beauty of the surrounding waters.
The story of how they met is sweet! It turns out that Carla's dentist happened to be a close friend of Jack's from high school. Moreover, Carla's dentist had a connection to her through her best friend (who, coincidentally, is also a dentist) from their school days. When these dentists decided to catch up in Denver, Carla's friend asked if her dentist knew any eligible bachelors for Carla. Without hesitation, he thought of Jack. Jack and Carla met together for the first time over Zoom (approximately one month into the pandemic) not because of COVID but because Jack was recovering from a broken ankle.
