Ella and Renz are the kind of couple who radiate kindness and warmth the moment you meet them. They’re high school sweethearts (yes, you read that right—high school sweethearts!), and their love story began at a dance studio (side note: they’re both incredibly talented dancers)

When we started planning their engagement session, the vibe we aimed for was something straight out of a movie: cinematic, romantic, playful, and full of artistic charm. After a little brainstorming, Ella and Renz decided on a dreamy beach in Half Moon Bay as the perfect backdrop. If you’ve been to Half Moon Bay, you know it’s usually misty and overcast, but we lucked out with the most beautiful sunny day—blue skies, golden light, and all the good vibes!

We spent the afternoon laughing and exploring along the beach. As the session wrapped up, we were treated to a stunning sunset. The sky lit up in vibrant pinks, oranges, and purples, complementing the connection Ella and Renz share. It was one of those sunsets that takes your breath away.
