Ami and his mom chose a wonderful local park for Ami’s senior portraits! I think it’s always great when parents join in, because it means we can grab a couple of photos of the parents with their seniors!!

We explored the park and took advantage of beautiful golden afternoon sun. Ami was a natural in front of the camera, and he told me that his mom gets photos done of him every year in a photo studio, which started when he was a kid. As a result, his mom has lots of photos of him, which is super awesome! It’s awesome when parents see the value in having photos of their kids.

This is what Ami says to those debating about hiring a professional photographer for your senior portraits:

Yessss! Do it. You only live a young age once, enjoy it, have pictures of the young you so it can go generations in the future. Memories are built through images and people tend to focus more and enjoy stuff if there’s an image that goes with the sayings.
